Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Start by contacting our sales team with your project details. You can:

Step 2: Product Consultation & Customization

Once we receive your inquiry, our expert production team will schedule a consultation to discuss your project in detail. We help you:

  • Choose suitable fabrics (polyester, cotton, blends, Lycra, etc.)

  • Finalize your tech packs, size charts, and design mockups

  • Select customizations like embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, or woven labels.

Step 3: Quotation & Sample Development

We’ll provide you with:

  • A detailed quotation including product specs, MOQ, and lead time

  • Optional pre-production sample development so you can see and feel the quality before full production begins

Our sampling services include full customization with your brand identity and packaging style.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & Payment

Once you’re satisfied with the quote and sample:

  • You’ll receive a Sales Contract outlining all agreed terms

  • To confirm the order, you’ll make an initial 40% deposit

  • We accept payments in our Company Business Bank Account, PayPal, or Letter of Credit (L/C)

Step 5: Sample Approval (If Requested)
